US Mattress did a great job with price… US Mattress did a great job with price as well as customer support. Their choice of shipping partners, however, is well sub-par. They failed in two delivery attempts and then lost the mattress, requiring a re-order. US Mattress made that simple. Let's just hope the next delivery attempt is successful.

It appears that Simmons Mattress Company has refused to admit that a real problem exist with this particular mattress and has given every excuse imaginable to customers that purchased it as to why it is not a defect and therefore isn’t warranted.
