May 10, 2017 · Gentlemen: I want to file a formal complaint regarding the abusive behavior of a call center employee for Direct TV. I am moving to another state and I cancelled my CenturyLink broadband on May 11, 2017 giving two weeks’ notice. I was then transferred at about 10:00 am MDT by them to a Direct TV call center to cancel that service.

Feb 14, 2020 · I was a Direct TV customer for almost 11 years. Used to be a great company but AT&T has ruined it. Never had any issues with customer service until today. I was getting the 771 (lost satellite signal) message. Have been thru heavy storms, blizzards, etc and very rarely lost my satellite signal.4.5/5
