Rented a place in Florida. Rented a place in Florida. When I looked into booking it stated 100% refund if cancelled 60 days in advance. I cancelled 5 months in advance and they said I have to pay a 100.00 administration fee which is not noted anywhere until AFTER you book and get your confirmation.
