Vayama refused to change the name, then we tried to cancel the ticket they refused, now the same with refunding. You can email them several times some emails they will respond to, others well they choose to ignore. This is not customer service.

I contacted Vayama where the only option available was a layover in Korea set for 1 full day. That was doable for my mom, so I just had them refund the full price of the ticket.
