Because the majority of these complaints are groundless. Examples: Post # 4 - Customer blames Vayama because they can't get a refund on a nonrefundable ticket. Post #5 - The airline has a schedule change, Vayama offered to refund fare in full, but customer is angry because Vayama won't pay to place them on a flight on another airline.
