Oct 27, 2014 · Upon arriving at the store at 7PM my friend who I informed to speak to Tracy was grabbed up by Jamal again and had in fact charged the activation fee. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at any location. The fact that Verizon as a company would let a liar and thief represent them says a lot about the company as a whole.
