My father called and said their packaged arrived and there was only one box. Vermont Teddy Bear sent my mothers bear which was personalized with her name on the paw wearing the clothing that was suppose to be on my fathers bear. So not only did they mix that up but they only recieved a total of one bear when I purchased two.
