Apr 08, 2019 · Vesta is a far, far inferior company to T-Mobile. That means T Mobile prepaid customers receive far, far inferior service than billed customers. No one likes being second class. Whenever you communicate with T Mobile, tell them to cut the Vesta contract and bring prepaid in house.

On my credit card, there is one charge for $53.13 on 7/6/12 for Vesta T-Mobile, then today, 7/7/12, there is a "recurring" charge for $63.68 for the same company. I am on hold with the 888 number they listed right now. I have been on hold for 15 minutes. I have contacted my cc company & made a dispute, so they have cancelled that card yesterday.

I have requested all of my financial institutions to BLOCK Vesta and AT&T from charges to any of my accounts. Additionally, I have gone to every web site I can and advised all of your poor unsuspecting customers to do the same. This is stealing and it is sad that AT&T has sunken so low.
