She died of kidney and liver failure. I felt like killing myself. I have made a complaint to the vets in the first instance. I have also applied to make a complaint to the charities Commission, as it was a charitable vet who killed my dog. I cannot get another of the same breed because there are no local breeders to me.

Following my complaint, Vets Now submitted a hospital condition sheet to the RCVS. This was filled in entirely by the veteniary nurse. Strange how it wasn't the actual qualified vet that you're paying for. So poor was the service, I now travel out of the area for my day vets practice, so I'm not dependant on Vets Now, Macclesfield.

It was deemed necessary for our boy to receive overnight intensive care and we were instructed, therefore, to take him to Vets Now for that purpose. We were asked to collect him from our vet at 7pm on Friday, which we did. We arrived at Vets Now at roughly 7:15pm at which time the front door was open.
