We had a good experience purchasing and receiving our tickets through Viagogo. I was a bit nervous due to bad publicity at the time of purchase. Then a relative assured me she had been to 3 concerts using Viagogo. I relaxed once I received confirmation of the day and our tickets a few weeks earlier.

At this time, with so many negative Viagogo reviews from customers, we are on the fence and not sure if Viagogo is the most trusted ticket source available in Europe. As you can see above, Viagogo on BBB.org doesn’t have the best review rating and currently has 311 compaints in the last 3 years. These could even be events that have been sold out.

Hi, I wonder if anyone can advise please? My daughter was scammed by Viagogo in April 2018, when she was sold some concert tickets at a greatly inflated price. When she purchased them, there was no opportunity to check the sale before buying and the Viagogo site just took the money from her card.
