At this time, with so many negative Viagogo reviews from customers, we are on the fence and not sure if Viagogo is the most trusted ticket source available in Europe. When I saw the total I immediately tried to cancel through viagogo and through the bank. I was unsuccessful. I spent all year paying off the bill. I felt like a fool. When the tickets came their were sent to a non-existent pick up address and then diverted to a shop - despite my bill stating my home as the delivery address. Don't go near them.
