I gave them 2 stars because they were ok in the customer service department but in fairness, really it comes down to the seller whether or not you get your tickets which I don't think Viagogo can control. At this time, with so many negative Viagogo reviews from customers, we are on the fence and not sure if Viagogo is the most trusted ticket source available in Europe.
