I handed in my medical review 3 days late, and after waiting 3 weeks for the outcome rung and was told that they have up to 28 days to handle it. On the 29'th day i rung, waited on hold for an hour and then was refused to speak to the medical review team. I was told they may take up to two weeks longer.
