May 07, 2016 · The issue is that Vivint Solar refuses to completely process the payoff of solar panels which they installed on top of a private resident. The situration is that I purchased a home which the former owners had a power purchase agreement with Vivint Solar. As part of the sale, the escrow company sent a check to Vivint Solar to pay-off the agreement.
