It was the worst experience by a phone company I have ever seen. DO NOT USE VODAFONE! The customer service worker hadn't resolved anything by the end and I had to ask continuously if I could speak to the manager, which I never got to in the end as it was getting close to three hours of conversation that I had to ask for a complaints form.
