Jul 13, 2009 · My Warmoth 1 piece Solid Flame Koa soloist with a quartersawn koa/ebony neck. I built it in 1994,and it's still the sweetest guitar I ever owned. My most recent Warmoth project - a Lacewood body that was one of their screamin deals. Top notch quality. Can't say enough good things about them.

Some people have just found them to not be a good match with their particular body. Take that bassier neck of your dreams and bolt it to a dull sounding body. ... Aug 03, 2011 · Warmoth parts are reportedly excellent. I think they sell painted bodies, but I don't know if they build basses. Check their web site. The cost of a case is a concern, but shouldn't be a deal breaker. To me, the biggie is the neck. I have heard VERY few complaints about the quality of Warmoth's necks.

Description and couple pictures for a Warmoth guitar build & review. The Regal guitar body shape that Warmoth now seems to sell instead of LP. Warmoth cannot reasonably ASSUME that the customer has built or even assembled a guitar before. Warmoth COULD build a neck with a vintage tint and uncolored clear over block inlays. It is technically doable.

Jan 08, 2020 · This type project is something I hope to be doing again. And Warmoth makes it easy. The precision-made parts go together easily and accurately. No need to shim this or cheat that. The body is comfortable and the neck has a familiar feel. Warmoth’s In-Stock Showcase is a winner as an option to get finished parts within a week or so.

I put a Warmoth neck on my strat after the neck broke. I thought It would do nicely until I found a new Fender neck to put back. I love it. They are officially licensed by Fender, so they are made to their specs. So far after 5 years of use, there are no complaints or regrets.

Feb 11, 2020 · Like a few others here, my one and only Warmoth build has a roasted maple neck. No complaints against it. Actually, for the Tele build that was made, this worked very well. What about other woods like Canary or Padouk? How is their weight, tonal response, smoothness, etc.
