These reviews don't lie, and there's a reason why Webjet is rated one star on trustpilot, tripadvisor and product review websites - their customer service is below acceptable. Why would you use a third party site that charges an extra percentage on the price in the first place. Webjet is useful for doing comparisons of multiple carriers but then most people (incl myself) head over to the airlines own site to do the booking.

Webjet claims via their advertising… Webjet claims via their advertising that they find you the best deal. This is not true as I bought a ticket through them from Christchurch to Singapore - their website said that low cost airline Virgin was the cheapest, only to find Airnz, Qantas etc were a lot less expensive.

I was going to write a huge addendum to my review blasting what happened with my name change request, which Cathay Pacific says it will do right on their website. I was also going to complain about the change fee for having to modify my itinerary due to a work schedule, but I just read Flyus fee policy and realized I was partially in the wrong.
