We waited on the tarmac for over an hour before taking off, therefore missing our connecting flight. westjet obviously doesn't care about customer service -they are only looking at their bottom line. Their business model may be successful if enough people only consider the cheapest flight. God help you if a flight is cancelled or you have to change something because then you are at their mercy which judging by all the complaints - isn't much.
