I’ve gotten some jeans tailored there but with a certain pair the lady didn’t want to admit she messed up which was so irritating. Sometimes they don’t even send a tracking number at all. I’m usually not complaining, but Nordstrom Rack’s shipping policy sucks! I ordered hiking shoes, when I got them, they were way too big. Called customer service to return and get new ones, they charged me for return and asked to buy new myself. I send back those shoes and bought new 1/2 size smaller.
