I went to Lowes where I bought the water heater and purchased the correct part. They burn out quickly. I have since replaced the thermal coupler about eight times. I replaced it tonight and an hour later it was bad. Sure it is energy saving because it doesn't work. Whirpool needs to make good on this JUNK.

This heater is installed in a rental home. Renters are getting upset. This is a major inconvenience. I have no choice to but likely purchase another hot water heater.
