first time and last time I order from WHSmith. I ordered a book online through their click and collect service this is the first and last time I’ll be ordering from them I waited nearly 2 weeks for the book to be delivered to there Halifax store I emailed customer service twice to try and find out Why it was taking so long and my emails were never answered no apology nothing!

The management team is approachable and a pleasure to work with, and staff discount is extremely helpful on certain items, such as cards or stationary. I complained to Royal Mail about a really rude man working in our local post office. He huffed and puffed and once accused me of touching a parcel when it was on the scales to try and change its weight, when I said I hadn't he said "You did", and he used to sometimes serve me without saying a word and bang coins down on the counter when I got my change etc.
