May 22, 2013 · beware of Why Not Lease It. Why Not Lease It must be avoided. A local store offered Why Not Lease It as a payment method and everything looked ok. Everything actually was ok until the end of the contract where they asked a buy out fee which was half of the total price for the things I bought. I paid this fee and never received a buy out agreement.

I paid until October 31 as my lease said now it's almost December and they still taking money out of my account. Do not use this company. They are thieves. They have unfair business practices.
