William Lyon forced us to have [redacted] repair the damaged panels and put them back. Based on the above, the only proper resolution and way forward is for William Lyon to completely remake and re-install two new panels that have the same size, stain, and color integrity of the original ones.

I had the worst customer experience with William Lyon Homes, and I hope this will help you avoid the same: 1) I was insulted numerous times by the sales staff during and after the sales process. After moving into the house, one of the sales staff came onto my property uninvited, used profane language and gestures in front of my two young children.
