Kings Creek Plantation's sales manager lied to me. He said that there would be no increases in maintenance fees until the company stopped building the resort and that then it would be up to the Property Owners association to determine annual fees. He told me many other things regarding RCI that proved to be untrue.

This is when I called the Williamsburg Plantation Resort, to see what they could do. By going thought them, I was able to free myself of the property in three weeks, without interacting with rude office personnel, and being lead to believe that 'everything was going well'.

Aug 14, 2010 · We usually stay in Williamsburg at least once a year and I have taken Powhatan Plantation off our list. I have heard good things about the other timeshare places (I think one is a Marriott) in the area and will probably try them in the future.
