Jul 29, 2015 · About a month ago I was given a $65 fine for going over pay and display time by 20 minutes at the Newmarket Warehouse (total parking time <1 hour). From some reading I have done it seems they can only charge for liquidated damages. I have no ****ing idea where they got $65 from. Pretty ridiculous considering it was a Sunday night with an all but empty carpark.
