Jul 20, 2008 · I have an opportunity to buy a used Woodmaster W-718. The asking price is 1000 and I think that I might be able to talk the guy down to 800. The machine is about 10 years old but has been used very little (not at all in the past 3-4 years). The guy selling it does not know if it has any accessories to go with it b/c it was his fathers that passed away.

Feb 23, 2016 · I have a 718 woodmaster, but only use it for planing so I can't speak to a lot of the questions you have. Mine has been a reliable machine and works well for planing. I actually bought mine used...it was still on the shipping pallet and had never been removed.

Sep 18, 2014 · I have used my Woodmaster 725 for about 2 years, after acquiring off of Craigslist, and am amazed at the quality off both the product and the work that it produces. It is a multi-function machine, but I have only used it for planing. With a 25" capacity, I can't begin to find anything that I cannot plane.5/5

Now, with the Woodmaster 725, I put the board in the infeed, the machine basically goes, “pufft” — and the board comes out outfeed at the back of the machine. I see a flurry of shavings exiting the dust collector pipe.

Jan 16, 2009 · I choose the Woodmaster made of 1/4 mild steel. One of several reasons was the insulation for (maybe) an odd reason, repair. If I ever have jacket problems I can remove the siding and blanket and the jacket will all be right in front of me for patching. A CB unit with jacket problems looks to me like a candidate for the scrap heap.

The top inside of the receiver had a long built-in rail on which the bolt body rode during cycling. The speed at which the 740 operated was causing the bolt heads to over-rotate when the bolt was at its rear most posistion.

Woodmaster removed trees on my property but needed to use my neighbors driveway to do it. After getting permission from my neighbors, the work was done but they damaged the driveway (the crane leaked hydraulic fluid) and the roof of the house.
