Aug 31, 2007 · I sponsor 2 kids, one in Thailand and one in one in India. I adore them both. I send them birthday and Christmas gifts plus letters throughout the year. They always write back, sometimes with drawings. The $30(with world vision) a month will usually go towards medical and educational costs. At least that is how it's worked with my sponsorships.

The teams are extremely cliquey which was surprising. The turnover rate is very high especially for people who come from outside the company. Many long timers have never worked outside of World Vision before. Business practices are not strong. The loudest voice in the room gets their way. It's just rough all around.4/5(222)
