Worldpay - the company who do not care! I have been a Worldpay customer for several years. They charge high prices compared to others, but that is not an issue with my company, IF we receive a decent service. 18 months ago we reduced the number of transactions we put through Worldpay to place those transactions through two other companies because of the time it takes Worldpay to pay us.

i am a new user - one month and i am so far very happy with the service and the support desk. When I was approached by New payment Innovation - an agent for WorldPay, we did a cost comparison with my current supplier ( An Irish bank ) - NPI told me they were likely to be 20% or so cheaper. Well WorldPay was 55% cheaper. It was a no-brainer.

While working for Worldpay before they were Worldpay, I enjoyed it. It was fast paced, evolving, stressful but i enjoyed it. The pay was to low for what I had to remember, do and be held accountable for. If the pay was better, I would have stayed.3.3/5(403)
