I tried the phone# 888-763-7161 and it was an auotmatted system telling me that there is no one there to help me and it hung up on me. I had to call my credit card company and have them credit the charge and they opened an investigation because it is an unauthorized charge. I closed my credit card immediatly.

not only do they have an F. that really means nothing since the bbb is a business, but they have over 100 complaints in the last 2 years alone! Also, they have changed their number at least once, if not more!
