Santa. I am Yoox customer for 2 years, all my orders were ok, there were some issue with one Moschino dress, which was with collapsed stiches, and I never get any comment´s from yoox, but now is too much; I received two orders with Delsey suitcases, and they are totally incorrect in sizes, They have in web page only one size- cabin, but in reality came a 70 cm suitcase.

Additionally a reputable company would allow a customer to escalate a complaint rather than saying 'there was nobody to speak to' and failing to provide an address to escalate unresolved complaints. I would not risk making a further order with Yoox unless assured of considerable improvement in practices relating to customer care.
