I am happy to say that I have never had this problem with Zavvi. Every single steelbook item I have ordered from Zavvi has been well packed and has arrived completely free of damage. As a collector I am very picky about damage to items, however superficial, and I appreciate the care that Zavvi puts into shipping their items.
