I believe that Zoopla has over this Christmas period had some sort of an update and has lost a huge amount of property data. It appears that a large percentage of property values have gone awry, and it has lost a lot of its historical sales data. I shall review my score once it has got its ship refloated.

After complaining to Zoopla and not getting a satisfactory response I Think this is the next step. £50.000 has now be Wiped off the value of our house with the new algorithm.Everyone should also write a complaint about the Zoopla advert,to Advertising standards basically in the advent they are saying they know the value of property.

no idea on house values. Last year zoopla displayed my house value at what was around the going rate in my area, as soon as I invited agents around to put my house on the market within a week Zoopla had devalued my house by £166.000.00p yet house prices in my area have gone up this past year by 4.2%, as soon as there is a chance of a sale they appear to manipulate the market.

So Zoopla know they have a problem, it's clearly been going on some time and they have failed to resolve it costing their paying customers time and money. I requested a Complaint be lodged but the Expert advised I had to email elsewhere. Not very professional and a further waste of my time.
