TL- the contact owns a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. The contact stated that NHTSA campaign numbers: 13V528000 (steering) and 09E001000 (steering) exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer informed the contact that there was a 3 page waiting list for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the delay.10/10
