We had to stay with Spectrotel because we got trapped in 3(!) year contract and Spectrotel wanted almost $4000 to disconnect service. Finally today we were able switched back to [redacted] even tho our contract will finish 09.30.2016, but Verizon is willing to pay up to $500 early diconnection fee for us. Really truly hate Spectrotel!

I switched my business phone service from Spectrotel, Inc to Verizon on December 4, 2007. Verizon provided me with a confirmation number that they notified Spectrotel. Spectrotel said they did not receive any notice of this until December 30th. Spectrotel has continued to bill me, and send my invoices to a collections agency.
