Had to replace my 2013 Srx battery then not long after my cue system froze up I took it to Cadillac dealer as it controls heat/air/radio/etc. Another mechanic thought an update would work but nope the one guy said center stack needs to be replaced another said hmi module (same dealership) a $1500 repair but they can't get the part it's on back -order.10/10
