I thought I was alone in thinking how diabolical ABTA service is, then I read the reviews. Yes you can complain through ABTA, and it can be done online (been there) but you should have made a written (email etc) complaint, they should respond, and if you are unhappy with their response you write to say you are unhappy with their response, if they then don't give satisfaction you can use ABTA.
