    I thought I was alone in thinking how diabolical ABTA service is, then I read the reviews. I have filled in online requests twice, phoned only to be told my complaint was too difficult to answer and that I should wait the 28 days for a written response. 53 days later and a letter in the post to them and I'm still waiting.

    I made a claim online the status stayed as awaiting agent details despite the fact that agent had uploaded details. I rang was told they had everything, I messaged a couple of time no response.
