Jan 06, 2020 · The Active Advantage is offered to every customer registering for an event through Active.com, although the way that the offer is misleading the customer has EVERY opportunity to decline the trial membership. I f people would take time to read the small print this would not even be an issue.

No idea where this charge came from. I noticed someone else signed up for a 5k glow run in the complaints above. I also signed up for a 5k run in Fort Worth, Texas on Active.com. I am not sure if these charges will be taken care of or not but it is def. a scam!!!!!
