Aug 29, 2019 · Where do you send complaints to. Is this the official easyjet page. I booked an extra bag on to my evening flight in the morning. I turned up at night to be told my booking had not been processed even thought I was emailed a booking ref number as it was a satarday (I guess computer says yes then no on a satarday) so now I had to pay £40 or my bag would not be flying.Author: Hugh Jampton
