Alberto from Royal holiday did call us after we complaint to the BBB and said that if we want to book Aruba that we could if the dates are available. But if it was unavailable that week we could go to another royal-holiday resort, maybe in the US.

We received several days latter a letter from Royal Holiday Club stating that they were unable to cancel and refund ourmoney. The Visa company has also basically said tough luck, you signed the contract.

Jul 13, 2019 · I would be willing to join a class action suit against Royal Holiday. The Royal Holiday nightmare has been part of my life for 10 years now. I realized it was a scam almost immediately, but when I tried to get out of it, they threatened my with a law suit.

Royal Holiday Club. As a member of Royal Holiday I can tell you it is nothing, but a fraud. The size of the room they promise you at signing is never available in ten years I owned. Between maintenance fees and attached fees at time of using the program it's cheaper to go on your own.
