AIB Customer Service based in Limerick… AIB Customer Service based in Limerick filters calls from unhappy customers like I am. I have requested evidence of their action on my complaint for the lodgment of an international check (in euros) that happened 6 weeks ago. I have never been angrier with the services of a so-called bank than I am right now.

long lines and no service. AIB don’t care about the customer. They have great ads about all their services but when you go into a bank they don’t care. They are all about online services. If you have an issue you can call them and that only takes half an hour. But they do get all the issues fixed after a while. I just don’t like their long lines.
