Apr 03, 2009 · I am seeking to refinance my 5% 5/1 ARM (due to "reset" in Nov 2009) with a 30 year fixed, non-jumbo. Using Bankrate.com came across a company called Aimloan which seemed to offer the best rates. Anyone had any experience working with them and if so how was it? I came across a "satisfactory" BBB rating but there were 11 or so unresolved complaints.
