My bill was $441.48 but end up payiny $516.81. The reconnection date is 3/21/13 between 8:00am-12:00pm. I called customer service and ask to speak with a supervisor.

Without checking or pretending to check for availabilty to reconnect me he said there is nothing he could do for me. I have spent $516.81 to get my service reconnected and thats the best answer you could give me. Alagasco has been a problem for years with many complainants similar to minds but continue to give poor service and overcharge customers.

Really miss Alagasco. Terrible Company. On July 2019 bill they added a "service initiation" charge. I have been in the same location for over 3 years and have used natural gas that entire time. Suddenly they are charging me for "starting" service. Just their way of getting more money from customers!1/5(42)

Back in December, right before Christmas, I got a disconnect notice from Spire. I'd never gotten a bill, so I thought that was odd.
