Waited in all day for a package from Amazon. I phoned HDNL at 5pm then again at 7pm – told no problem sir it’s on its way and the Amazon (HDNL) tracking system showed as it’s on the van for delivery – phoned again at 8.30pm and told by HDNL “sorry sir it’s been returned to the depot by the driver and we don’t know why”.

Sep 26, 2011 · I saw this on Amazon's own forum and thought it was a one off until one of my parcels due for delivery today to Boston via Prime also turned up in Omagh. Amazon split one order into 3, all 3 are due for delivery by HDNL today, as I have said one is showing in Omagh and the other 2 are 'No City' Amazon are still promising delivery today.

It is now 5.30pm and the parcels are showing as being in Northern Ireland instead of Boston Lincolnshire. One review site has over 3,000 posts about HDNL and Amazon's own forums have over 100 complaints about HDNL. Amazon are totally ignoring their customers complaints about HDNL.

Low and behold, 3 weeks later HDNL try and deliver the parcel they were supposed to have returned to Amazon! Unbelievable!!!!! What a disgrace of a company! I am surprised researching this shambolic company that Amazon continues to use them, there are 1000's of complaints and bad reviews. COME ON Amazon, ditch them to save your reputation.

Anyone had issues with HDNL deliveries? ... Gave Amazon a call, apparently HDNL just didn't put my package on their van. Since this is critical for use on Sunday, I told them to tell HDNL to just return the package to them, and that I'd get it from somewhere else ... Sep 02, 2010 · Many companies, including Play.com and Amazon will allow items to be delivered to an address other than your home/billing address. I am on 6 weeks holiday now and have 4 things delivered this week all from different companies. HDNL, Royal Mail, DHL all used and guess what - They all arrived. Mind you, I did make sure I was in all day Tues and Weds.

I never EVER thought I would have said that about Amazon as they have always given me fantastic service in all my years of shopping with them. Please Amazon - just look at the watchdog reports and thousands and thousands of complaints logged against HDNL and you'll see your choice of courier is giving you a bad reputation!
