Hi, This the worst bus facility which i have seen in my life, Apsrtc where they keep plucking money everytime and no conformation of the tickets. This is the second time which i have booked ticket through online but no conformation mail. They tell money would be returned within 7 to 14days but ### they dont even care about that.
