Aqua America is using their billing department to withhold meter readings from homeowners that would indicate a major water leak. After reading our meter, Aqua America purposely used an estimated meter reading to hide the fact that there was a major underground water leak.

Aqua PA is awful. Invariably they screw up changing service and blame everyone else except themselves. In addition the PUC (Public Utility Commission) has allowed them to raise billing rates that far out pace COLA and the rate of inflation. That's why in southeastern PA your water bill has gone from $30 every three months to $30+ dollars per month.2.5/5(5)
