Dec 18, 2017 · My firm has contacted Ariba at least 20 times in the last 12 months trying to dispute an invoice and we’ve only been able to talk to folks via email, all overseas, who don’t respond. We’re a small business that basically must use ariba for one key customer. We do not use any of the advance features, only submit invoices and receive payments.
