Jul 01, 2016 · AT&T has the absolute worst, pathetic customer service on the planet! We were promised a $100 credit by a rep for some technical errors. Subsequently, the credit did not appear on the next bill. When we called AT&T, they stated they had no record of anyone mentioning the credit. Ditto for the office of the president!!! Beyond belief!!

Long time AT&T customer since the launch of the iphone. Paid around $2 0 0 a month for all these years (12 years of service!) Just cancelled service from AT&T on Nov 18, 2019. At&T tells me they have changed their policy and do not allow pro-rating of bills. So now having to pay from Nov 18-Dec 1 when I didn't even have service.

Apr 22, 2017 · AT&T please disconnect my service. I spoke to 5 different reps who said they would take care of this matter no one has taken responsibility for the damage AT&T has done. Now a balance on my credit and still a current customer with AT&T. Beware public unethical employees behavior.
