Feb 14, 2019 · AUL said our warranty is void because we might of tampered with the truck computer. Well we all know dam well that we haven't done anything to the truck. Its been two days and we are still waiting for an answer. They want proof of mileage before they can do anything.

I went back and forth with no resolution from my dealer or aul. The pcv valve is $355 It's been 5 days now and after getting the run around from all involved, aul has also denied to cover the oil consumption test. Jan 18, 2017 · AUL is trying to get out of a drive train claim I have. They have a million excuses to get out of claims. I have a GMC Terrain with a 3.0 V6 and the Head is found Porous. AUL's excuse is oh all GM engines used Castech and were manufactured that way.

An engine failure might be covered, depending on how it was maintained before you bought it (as well as after). There are a lot of repairs that won’t be covered. And since AUL is making money on it, most buyers will never get their money back. If the car is in excellent shape, I would not buy the warranty.

Feb 14, 2019 · AUL, the service people I have dealt with all day are nice BUT the warranty SUCKS BIG TIME!! I have a transmission that is leaking and they ok'd $5, 000 for my trany to be fixed. The catch is they will not repair the one in the car but is willing to replace it w/a USED one!

AUL has been such a wonderful company to have an extended vehicle warranty with. The timely dispatching of adjusters to review claims, is exceptional. I never had an issue or a denied claim, from my previous policy of a 2007 Acura RL. AUL was the first company that came to mind when I purchased my newer vehicle, and needed and extended warranty.
