Balsam Hill would not help out with replacement bulbs or strings. Customer service told me that they were in clearance mode and couldn’t do anything to help. For $1000, I expected the tree to last twice as long as it did. Balsam Hill replied offering to help if I were to send them an email.

Upon arriving back home, we called Balsam Hill Customer Service and spoke with Israel, we relayed our experience. He immediately shipped us a new tree which arrived several days before Christmas. Tell me does it get any better than this? This is why we will always be huge Balsam Hill fans.

Ordering our new tree from Balsam Hill… Ordering our new tree from Balsam Hill was so easy! It arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly. It will take a bit of time to fluff up the branches, but the included gloves make it so much easier and prevent those pesky scratches/red marks on the arms and hands.
